At Plymouth Primary Care Clinic, we prevent, diagnose and treat our patients’ health conditions throughout their lifetimes. Our family physicians, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses see patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors and everyone in between. They deliver the primary care needed and provide referrals to specialists when patients have health conditions that require advanced specialization and technology.

Our care team focuses on health and wellness for individuals and families, offering preventive health screenings, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, cholesterol screenings, cancer screenings, laboratory services and more. We also help patients manage acute medical conditions and chronic diseases.

For patients needing services such as radiology, echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, stress testing and pulmonary function testing, we will schedule them at Washington Regional Medical Center, which is directly across the street from our clinic.
