Our focus is on the health and well-being of our patients. Being easily accessible and convenient is another focus for our facility. Therefore, our hours of operation have been extended from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday to better serve the Washington County area.

At Plymouth Primary Care Rural Health Clinic, we strive to help you improve your health with preventive health screens, blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, cholesterol screening, cancer screening, and many other services. Our physicians and physician assistants are trained in the management of acute medical conditions as well as chronic disease maintenance.
